a. Sending a delegate from our group to Washington, D.C. to meet with the member or their staff, or
b. Mobilizing at least 20 people to email or call each office to deliver the 350 message, or
c. Participating in a conference call with the Washington DC Legislative Aide responsible for climate change policy
* Contacting the C350C "Briefer" for each senator and representative prior to the visit so that our group's delegate (and our group) is informed about the current status of the conversation with that elected official.
a. Carry the C350C message
b. Address the legislators’ questions and concerns (as reported by the previous C350C group),
c. Focus on climate change and the 350 goals. Not discuss other topics or messages in their conversations unless those messages have been requested by or approved by the Briefer, and
d. Report back to the Briefer (by phone) and to the whole coalition of member groups (via the www.pvclimate.org web site) about their experience/conversation with each elected official’s office.
